Our team is supported by our Brokers: husband and wife team, Lorraine Rolston and Ken Rolston at Sutton Group – Masters Realty. We developed our First Time Home Buyer’s seminar out of a need. We always team up with one of our Mortgage Professionals so that our Buyer’s receive the best possible knowledge, direction and advice in a very short period of time. The first time I gave a seminar seven some odd years ago, I went over the Agreement of Purchase and Sale with the stone faced buyers in the room. If I wasn’t there doing the presentation I would have left! Brandon has been instrumental in developing a slideshow that I present from that is fun and engaging not only for the Buyers, but for us!
In addition to keeping up with the trends and cycles of Real Estate, we have also done some personal develop such as: attending the Tony Robbin’s “Unleash the Power Event” in New Jersey and walked across a bed of hot coals; attending Conferences and learning from top realtors that use a specific method to generate their business. Evolution of our team has brought it to a first class standard in search of the best way to serve our clients.
Rhonda’s attention to detail is outstanding. She coordinates this ability with a strong sense of ethics, and very effective listening skills. From the time we listed our home for sale, to the closing of the deal, Rhonda paid attention to every possible development. She was able to foresee possibilities and advise us in advance, so that we did not find ourselves scrambling. Rhonda listens very closely, and she responds to the needs of her clients in a sensitive and timely manner.
