Home and Listing

Have you ever taken a look back over your life and realized that the pieces just fell into place to create what you are doing right now? I never really gave it much thought but when I take a look back to my interior design days, retail and manufacturing businesses and building houses – it just seemed to lead me to the perfect place I am right now. Becoming a realtor was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Building houses and decks or helping with landscaping over the years with my parents was the easiest way for me to hone skills that at the time I didn’t realize I would use later. I headed off to college straight from High School and ended up staying in the Kitchener area for six years before returning back home. When my parents offered to put me through the Real Estate College I jumped on it!

"Having listed previously with a separate brokerage and team of agents, we found our selling experience with Rhonda via Sutton Group to be much more positive with respect to her professional candour, communication and diligence. We greatly appreciated how reliably accessible she was throughout the entire duration of our listing. This, combined with her demonstrated expertise in selling rural homes in a competitive market, made us feel more relaxed with the process. We would not hesitate to enlist Rhonda's high-caliber services again. As always with gratitude"- Amanda Taillefer

"I originally met Brandon at a Trade Show that we were both participating in and found out we were virtually neighbors. He was warm and engaging and eager to build his business so when the time came to sell our house we called upon his services. We had a rather difficult property to sell with challenging circumstances and we thought of giving up a few times, but thankfully we didn’t. Brandon persevered and never lost faith. He worked hard during open houses using excellent marketing materials in his “binder” and gave us ample advertising as well."-Lori P
